We have organised this panel to go through the exciting history of CIbSE, which was initially called IDEAS, with the presence of professors and researchers in the field of Software Engineering who have played a relevant role in the life of this conference. They will tell us how this conference came about, with what objectives, how CIbSE has impacted the Software Engineering community in the participating countries, mainly in Latin America, what are the main achievements of CIbSE, what challenges remain to be met and what goals we should set for the future of CIbSE.
Oscar Pastor. Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (España).
Beatriz Marín (Universitat Politecnica de Valencia), Jose Luis de la Vara (Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha), Maria Lencastre (Universidade de Pernambuco) and Nelly Condori-Fernandez (Universidade de A Coruña) tell us how IDEAS/CIbSE influenced their career
You can’t miss this panel, it will be very emotional and we will have some surprises 😉 We want it to be a real day of celebration for the CIbSE community!
